티켓 취소는 어떻게 하나요?

레일클릭 티켓환불 방법

티켓 취소 및 환불은 환불이 가능한 요금만 가능하며 이러한 규정은 각 나라의 철도청에서 규정하기 때문에 저희 레일클릭은 해당 규정에 따라 환불을 진행합니다.
티켓 취소는 받으신 컨펌메일 내, 환불링크를 통해 진행 가능합니다.
만약 환불링크가 활성화 되어있지 않다면 환불 불가 티켓이며 환불이 불가능합니다.
환불 불가 티켓이지만 티켓만 취소가 가능한 티켓도 있으니 취소 전 꼭 확인하시기 바랍니다.
환불가능 티켓임에도 환불링크가 비활성화 되어있다면 레일클릭 한국지사로 연락주시기 바랍니다.
고객의 부주의로 취소된 경우, 티켓을 다시 되살릴 수 없으니 취소 시 신중히 취소 하시기 바랍니다.
환불은 약 1~2주 정도 소요될 수 있습니다.

트랜이탈리아 환불규정

Cancellations are subject to the fare type chosen and your options are listed below:

Freccia high-speed (Frecciarossa and Frecciargento) and Intercity trains

Base: These tickets can be cancelled before departure with a 20% fee.
Economy / Super economy / ME&YOU / Insieme: Unfortunately these tickets cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.
Bimbi Gratis: These tickets can be cancelled before departure with a 20% of penalty.

Freccia high-speed trains (Frecciarossa and Frecciargento)

Offerta A/R in giornata / Speciale A/R in giornata / A/R Frecce in settimana: Cancellations and refunds are not allowed with this fares.

Intercity trains

Eurocity trains (international)

Adult / Standard: These tickets can be cancelled, subject to a fee.
Mini / Smart / Smart 2: Unfortunately these tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Regional trains

Ordinaria: Tickets over 10 EUR can be cancelled up until the day before departure, less a 20% fee. Tickets to/from Fiumicino Airport are non-refundable.
Trenord ordinaria: Unfortunately these tickets cannot be cancelled.

Night train + high speed train

Notte & AV: Until the departure of the first train, cancellations are allowed with a 20% penalty, only for all travel solutions.

Night trains

Famiglia: Refunds and cancellations are allowed before departure with 20% of penalty.
